How did I sink to the bottom again?
When everything was going so well
Trying to figure out where I fit in
Trying to get out of this hell
But I can see the light
Shining at the end
As long as when I fall I know
You’ll pick me up again

I’m trying hard to keep things light
Not to be too serious
Sometimes in the middle of the night
I wake up delirious
But you are shining bright
When darkness is at hand
I may spiral down
But it is in your arms I land

You’re far away tonight
I need you here so damn bad
Remember when my love
You and me was all we had
Now our lives are so complicated
I’m so glad we made it
